it's difficult to be able to judge whether your set-up is going to be okay - you'll need to measure your top tube as Jonny said. Then add your stem length and the length of the bar chop. In reality, it's about the angle that this length leaves you at when riding and whether that is comfortable for you, whether it's the position you wanted to be riding at. You can get back and wrist pain pretty quickly if it's wrong but you may just find it doesn't make for particularly efficient riding (ie your energy and effort..)
