London 6 day announced

I'm surprised no one else has posted this, from today's Guardian;

I'm not sure where they will hold the first event in October 2009 but I believe the Olympic velodrome will be open by October 2010.

Social event anyone? ;)

There are transportable tracks that are used for a lot of sixes as normal velodromes don't generally have the spectator seating for the numbers expected at a Six.
