basically, in a big collision your muscles get a real strain and you get 'jarred'. it hurts for a while after. the worst one was when i was runover as a pedestrian on a zebra crossing. i broke nothing (apart from the car windscreen with my head, and the bonnet with my body) but could barely move for about a week.
anyway - track day - i hear there's old parts to be found and i need me a headclip - so yes, hopefully, weather and dissertation permitting.
