Almost all of the above I agree with VB, but lots of the voluntary / third sector doesn't have that 'do you fit in' assessment that happens in the commercial world.
The person spec should indicate what skills they're trying to assess and when (i.e. from the application form, from an interview test, from the interview itself). The working atmosphere at LCC always seems good when I've been there.
