they will knock off more than £100 if you go for cash. i was offered £2100 for a pre-built. or £1000 to make my own. just not worth it

this looks like ur best bet.... might be able to get better pedals or something for the £100 spare.
Halfords do sell frames tho, so might be able to get them to build you something
