do you not use the cyclists own bicycle, sprayed white?
i mean - that would make more sense - it would be closer to the person concerned and be a more valid memorial... also it would require permission from the cyclists family, giving it added support...

however it would take a while to bring about as i imagine its now in an evidence lock up somewhere.

not to mention the bike will be mangled and im sure the family wouldnt want to see the actual bike their relative was killed on locked there :S
