Wanted: Cable-bolt for Shimano 105

What's it called; the little bolt and clamp that grips the cable? I loosened it for a grass track race and it found freedom.

If anyone has one, or knows where to get one, I would be eternally grateful and would reward them with money or beer.

are they generally generic between brands? mine is all rusty, and would like to replace it (with stainless, preferably).
