move fsa down to better. they look nice, weigh nice, but they creak like hell and aren't very strong. ask picco.

The FSA cranks I had were shite and I've read lots of stuff about people having simlar problems.

Get Phil up for cogs too

SJS / Thorn chainrings and Gebhart or whatever they are called chainrings. I don't know what level to put them at.

the zen race chainring is a pro ring and better quality than the lesser messenger ring !

im very surprised that suntour makes it into the highest category everytime.

The retro stuff was OK, the similar to suzue & shimano BMX/track stuff.

But anything newer that I know of, is pure junk that comes on cheap mountain bikes from halfrauds.

Also, not that ive tried them but Surly Cogs cost a heap.

there are so many chains - KMC must make about 20, so i left them off for now

The EAI Gold Medal would sit above the EAI Superstar as the best cog out there, gold titanium nitride coating makes it so tough it doubles the life of the cog, as used by national and Olympic track teams world wide.
