scary fix would be.
take a set of calipers into a bike shop and measure the inside of every size of tube you can get you hands on. 1 will be about 24mm (look at 28-31mm post)
take large post and a new 24mm post. cut the seat clamp off the 24mm post (assuming it has one)
fit inside bigger post about 6 inchs in. drill 3 holes though both posts and bolt together.
fit into frame. 1 very large seat post. if itsonly 3-4 or so inch's needed this should be fine. however i am not liable for it not working as you want. :P
