The ride yesterday night was fun, so as the map indicates we met at boris's gaff. Must have been 40-50 riders there, fixed, ss and geared. At the millennium bridge, we suffered our first puncture outside the tate, not that i know of the rest of the ride was clear sailing.
The weather last night was really good for riding, right up to the point when we reach the end and was thinking about setting off... sods law.
Memorable parts for me were:
Going over the millennium bridge and the racket of the metal floor panels as 50 riders clattered over it.
Stopping at parliament square to hear 12 hit.
The Albert bridge in all its lit up glory.
Passing westies and not seeing murtle propping up the bench.
Nice little dark, park ride... flashing lights pretty much giving every one an eppi
The rail/walk bridge. Barnes bridge
...and general sprinting over bridges.
Banter was good along the whole ride... nice to see people making to the end, despite being tired.
