Wheel Building Class

Right, as I have realised that I am crazily skint and will be for the next few months, I am going to rebuild my current set of wheels that I got from Bling Bling.

The front is slightly dubiously built radially to the wrong holes. Does anyone who knows, think I will be able to re-use the spokes if they are laced to the other side? Should be the same length, maybe 1 or 2 mm different. Right?
how can it be radial in the wrong holes? unless right spokes are in the left hole?

rjs, go through cyclebasket, ends up .27p per spoke for ACI double butted. i doubt cavendish can better that.
