it's unlikely you could d-lock a car window in London without there being 100's of witnesses, believe me, they'll see a nutter cyclist attacking a car even if they didn't see the driver trying to kill you.

as for taxi driving being "high stress" bollocks, how can it be stressful? all they do is drive a motor around a town of which they supposedly know every road off by heart.
if they don't like the traffic then maybe it's a slightly silly job choice? like the lifeguard who can't swim?
