  • I've got a mid 90s lugged steel De Rosa with a 58 cm c-to-c seat tube and a 57 cm c-to-c top tube that might be suitable.

There's one problem - it had a stuck seat post and I this has caused some internal rusting. There is a small hole on the rear of the seat tube and some bubbles in the paint on the front of the seat tube which may also become holes over time. I think someone like Mercian would charge £80 to put a new seat tube in and a respray would be £100 quid or so.

If you're interested I'd price it to reflect the condition.
