when your cycling down a road and someone pops out from in between parked cars and doesn't look your way (not at a ped crossing) causing you to swerve etc then i think its alright to shout a noise to shock them...... even though you have already undertaken the situation and avoided them its good to make them more aware of what's happening not just on the roads but generally whatever is around them........ better for all then and will make them think next time.
however.....when cars fuck up......ohhhhhhh i take advantage....."watch it you fucking plum!!"
