That Merckx frame is on display in a railway station in Brussels. It's very nice. I like the fact that the tyres are pumped up, someone obviously does this as part of their job. How very Belgian!

Yes 49 km in an hour, PDQ even at altitude in Mexico. I love this bike, this shot inspired me last year to get my 70s Bernard Macklam track bike. As well as the pumped tyres, I like the silhouette of the cyclist on the glass, perhaps there so that a bike like this is always being ridden. Oui, superb!
