^ Cases like that have totally put me off selling on eBay. PayPal seem to favour the buyer over the seller every single time. Also, I was accused of money laundering and they demanded that I provide them with loads of my personal information, confirm my debit cards and bank details. They wouldn't let me close my account until I did :-/
