I've got a 53cm IRO Mark V and there is quite a definate toe overlap, but it isn't too bad if you use medium toe straps.
Too be honest Sano is right - Track bikes (although the Mark V isn't a proper track bike, but it has similar geometry) all have some kind of toe overlap.
I'm very glad I upgraded from my road conversion, the difference in the ride is amazing, the shorter wheelbase means its really snappy for riding round town.
