He did.
Strong + Cheap.
And it sounds like a tourer or XC or even a hybrid (shudder).

Sorry Mouse... I should do my own dirty work...
New boy (new to road that is). Not down with the terminology and didn't think when asking for 26 x 700.
Research has made me realise I should have said just 700c.
Cheap + strong + 700c.
Complete set. Ready to ride.
Thankyouallverymuch. Sorrytobotheryou.

...But Moff is very good at four cross and was the fastest have a go rider at the last Raphapaluza roller race. And his first post is a wanted, not a for sale.
So an all round good egg.

I have set of open pros with a campag cassette on the back lying around my flat doing nothing .Even have gatorskins on them . If you want to pick up from Kingston before the weekend ( I am off on holiday next week) then £50.
I also have a box of Campag Centaur parts if this is of interest?

If you go brand new
cheapest hubs I know offon one 15 gbp each
cheapest rims cpx 22 or open sport
about 17 ish gbp each
cheapest spokes (cycle basket)
about 15 gbp
=79 gbp + p&p + build cost if you don't build wheels yourself.
You could just build a rear wheel and get a cheap 700 front wheel. Decathlon do front wheels cheap otherwise 2nd hand is easier for front wheels.

d.mac: Sorry to be vain, but what colour are they!? And is that 'Upon Thames' or 'West Sussex'?
Tommy: Top recommendation, but I don't build and think with that cost on top our budget will be well blown. Ta though (also for reminding me that I want to learn to build wheels. Maybe that'll be my second post - 'Wheel building lessons and jig'...)
