Escaped these guys a while back.
They hide behind the traffic so when you ride on the inside, they try grab you when you go too far.
Sometimes you have to just to put yourself in a safer position.
They hang out at Angel too. They ran in front of me holding hands so I couldn't get through and grabbed me! Gave me a warning. My description said black bike, black clothing, black hat, beard!
That could be anyone!
Whilst I stood there about another 20 people rode through red without noticing they were dishing out fines. The best was an old lady on a shopper! ha ha.
She just put her head down and pedalled on at about 4mph.
