Mad cops all over the corner Theobald's and Lambs Condiut

They were blocking off the canal yesterday apparently checking people for bells,
my tri spoke had them mezmorized as they just stared at me all confused as i rode straight through.

It's all part of British Waterways campaign for cyclists to ring their bell twice, pass slowly and be nice. Is there anywhere else in London where you see banners demanding you 'be nice'? (they let me through too, I guess we both look nice enough already)
