Well cocaine is a stimulant, so if taken during competition it can increase performace, there used to be something called belgium pot, which was a lovley mix of heroine, cocaine and amphetamines, and who knows what else, but when EPO started to become widely used it disapeared,

Sound like old Boonen was a bit of a light weight.
