It's punitive. all about these sportsmen and women setting a good example to the youth.
Isn't it easier to ignore the real issue of drugs and put up a few headlines, ruining peoples careers and completely missing its job as a deterent!?!
I am pretty sure Tom & Ross made good with their lives so can afford the luxuries it brings, Fuck it - Lets start testing, naming and shaming the City Boys!!!
