Tom Boonen has produced an out of competition positive test for cocaine.
Reminiscent of Jan Ullrich testing positive for ecstacy, back in the day.
Personally, I don't know why they should be allowed to even test for recreational drugs out of competition. By all means test them during competition, but these drugs are definitely not performance-enhancing (except perhaps on the dancefloor) when taken on the rider's down time.
Frankly I think it's none of my business whether a cyclist likes to hit the charlie once in a while (just like it's none of his business if I want to).
