Can anyone help? The non drive side(left) of my dura ace BB (modern one) has started to undo itself. When I tighten the lock ring it pulls the cup out more. I think the threads on the inside of the hanger are dead. Is it possible to fill out the inside of the hanger with something and re-tap the thread? Failing that does anyone know of a botchers way of glueing the cup into the hanger with gripfill or chem. metal adhesive?
