I guess it would be like a fixed hub. All the braking force is transmitted from the hub to the spokes to the rim to the tyre with the maximum force being just before skidding, fixed or disk hub would be the same. The bigger difference is the dish created by the casset which can't be avoided.. Just playing things out in my head here but my logic seems to make sense.
