the new plan is to move from the end of the nocturne to the beginnng of the ride, so expect it to be about 22:30 for the start

might come along. i'm not up to too much of a fast pace though. my knee is a bit fucked up after getting hit by a car yesterday.
(cheers to smeear for the ice pack and cuppa, it brought down the swelling enough for me to get home alright!)

Pretty good ride. Not a bad turn out.
Was aching before the ride got underway due to my mis-judged skid in the rain.
Pleased I came off just round the corner from where you were all sitting! Would of been quite an entrance. Cuts and bruises all over!
Enjoyed the hills. Well done for 'just' keeping it together Seb.
You now know what Dale deals with every month with 5 times the people.

Didn't enjoy discovering the puncture on kite hill as we were all leaving after sitting around for a good while and playing with plastic swords.

The hills were good fun! If it wasn't for the speed bumps, i'd have gone for it just that little bit extra!

Yep nice one. Was a good ride, if a little chaotic. Great riding up the hill and then the road to Highgate. Would have liked to have continued back to the heath but was too tired and wanted to get up early for the ride this morning

@ everyone - a great ride and brilliant fun.

It's a shame that one of my highlights was only witnessed by JayGee and me: rider whose name i forget, waving a plastic sword with his brake hand and realising far too late that we were going left. Since he was travelling at quite a speed, there ensued a comedy cartoon wobble walk up a pavement and practically into a wall, with the bike flying everywhere and the sword still aloft. Fuck me, I laughed.

Kudos to everyone who made it up the hill - some great riding was on display there, as well as on the way back down HGWH.

Oh and also, Cornelius and me saving the damsel in distress in the Edgware Tube subway was interesting, to say the least. Glad you lot arrived in time to give me some backup - that shit was scary.
