So what am I gonna do with this?

I'm a compulsive dumpster diver and hauled this out of the skip today.
I figure it might be useful for some sort of bike trailer/soundsystem. i think me and dave were talking about building one at some point.
any other ideas welcome!

I'm not surprised it's heavy, it's probably old fashion heavy steel that screw onto the body of a rickshaw.

Rollapaluza just bought one of these, it lasted for about 7 hours at the Camden Green Fair at half volume....we're well happy with it.

dude I'm thinking sound system, like those bods have at critical mass, you know the one thats hooked up to a loud hailer? and spits out some serious bass.
Don't know where you'd store it, but it would be a thing of beauty.

Two of the IPA03 that Winston is talking about rigged up in stereo would give you a pretty potent outdoor system, it would last for at leas 6-7 hours too.

Just gonna build the sound system myself. I know a bit about speaker design and have a bit of experience with building trash-trawled pa systems.
Got a couple of 18" bass bins in newcastle, but i think they're just too big!
I think it's gonna be best built into a separate trailer which attaches to a bike. Just thinking about what the best way to do it is.
Design ideas are very welcome!
