It is a Sparton, black sparkle, no decals... Just need a 26.0 seatpost, a 1" stem, Sugino 75 BB (all Arrotexed) and I'm good to go... :D

No you're fine; they are made in Chile and imported to USA. Interesting if AW Cycles have got any more on the way. There's a few built up on Velospace looking good for the money!
