I have a pair of shoes I could sell you. Sidi size 43.
I used 'em with SPD-SLs and they were great. They were a bit slidey with Time ATACs though. If you get those Look pedals marxist fixie then these are the shoes you need. The 3 holed variety.
Also. These work with SPDs
