Chainring is dished, 110mm JIS suits.
You can bolt a standard chainring to the inside of the spider, but it's unlikely the expense would be justified.
The Rd's come up on eBay regularly. They're standard on several OTP bikes and are often upgraded. Otherwise import one from the States.
