+2 for the IRO frame, great value as well. £180 f&f. Why not buy one and build it up yourself... and you would not have to put up with horrible rims, stem and lever.
Also, new frames are round rather than teardrop tubing on top tube and down tube, which in my opinion looks much nicer.
