Bikehut isn't Halfords. it's a sort of franchise, although how that works I don't know. The one in Putney is excellent, is full of Condors, Konas, and Chris Boardman's bikes. It's a pleasant relief from Trek and Specialised. I also got a 6' chain and lock for £19 reduced 'cos they reckoned the lock wasn't secure enough. They also have an open plan workshop and a lot of tools. The guy I spoke to made it quite plain that there was a big difference between them and Halfords. Also bought a front light which you recharge from a usb port. Definitely recommended. Although they may all be slightly different.
