i've got the non-slotted phils in silver and they're luurvely, but I did see some slotted ones on a stunning merkx down by Design Museum, and thought they looked very nice, just that little bit different and maybe a touch more forgiving on an older looking bike...
@50/14: Autosol seems to be fine if you've got small enough fingers to get at the barrels...
