jonny if you are in oxford tomorrow, look me up ( I'll be around for the brief period of the afternoon)- I can normally be found at Exeter College or at the RSL.
Morning= Exam.
Afternoon= panic revision for thursday.

Weather forecast for here tomorrow is dry. The roads will be wet though mate, esp here, take care.

The same day I finish exams, so I won't be able to ride. I still vote Oxford, so I can hang with the LFGSS folks in my sub fusc.

Looking at the route. As you come into Oxford, I'd suggest heading around the eastern bypass (nice big cycle lane/road) to Iffley Rd, rather than Cowley. You can then pop by the very cool OCW, on Magdalen Rd. Also a nicer road to cycle on than Cowley, which is a pile of poo death trap.

jonny, the weather looks good, and i was tempted to join you, but the truth is i'm not sure i'm up to the distance. did 22 miles on sunday and my legs are still stiff.. will probably go for a training ride, try and loosen up again

not sure who you mean - an old tutor of mine, alan fisher, lives there. he's an audio engineer, but that's about it. unless i'm forgetting someone

fair enough nimbhus. am hoping the weather is clement mainly cos might need to annotate the notes of the route. papyrus is a fucker in the wet. get a few more miles in dude and just be good for the fourteenth. that's the way to go.

little tip - just head up the high street in marlow, no need to veer off to the left down pound lane.

was all good and a nice little route with a few highlights and the occassional need for getting out of the saddle. bit rushed at the mo but will put up details later and sort out the start time and all that.
