but the EU is quite big now, and we drive on the other side of the road.
I think the screw has to be turned at every level, to reduce the amount of cunting cars being put on the roads.
as for the mini cabs, it seems to me that people who drive for a living get complacent and lazy because they spend so much time behind the wheel. they are more likely not to bother indicating, drive over the speed limit and drive without due care and attention (messing with phones, food, drink, GPS, newspaper)
