  • Very classy - whats the build quality like - is it as smooth as it looks - I am on a mission to build me an Italian road bike - I was thinking Cinelli- now I'm thinking Tommasini

  • I like your fridge...

  • Supercorsa looks very nice.

Don't worry, just a bunch of tossers more worried about the name and image rather than the frame itself. ;P

    twaddle.

  • hmmmm one of those is definately missing from my bike collection given the choice of njs or one of those no competition ! every single cinelli pista i see i COVET !

  • Amazing.
So what happened to the original supercorsa pista?

Its gonna be up for sale now.

  • Stunning, and I like the sound of the build parts too.

Would you call the decision in the shop a good example of Thin-Slicing then?

Haha - TOTALLY! I knew in an instant this was what I really wanted. I'd never seen one before but it struck me like a bolt of lightening.

  • Hey jonhings,

Was that you I saw at the NX crossing yesterday evening, with the Cinelli frame-sized box...? I kind of gave you a knowing grin and acknowledged your glee - it probably came across coy and sheepish because I was only wearing bib 3/4's and a tight black jersey. shameless.

Good work, lovely bike of character.

  • That is sweet.

    Smeg off!

    Lovely frame :0)

  • Jonhings, well nice :-)

Haha yeah it was me! Sorry mate didn't see notice anything or anyone else. I was a mission to get back. I saw some people on the train reading the label on the box "Cinelli SuperCorsa Pista Lemon Yellow 57" and then looking at me... I always wonder if there are some hidden fellow enthusiasts around! Next time say hello. I live in forest hill.

  • cool, keep in touch, looking forward to seeing the full build. I'm pretty much opposite the New Cross Gate station, give me a shout if you need to borrow any tools or whatnot. I don't always wear lycra by the way.

...and on the other end of the Cinelli scale, just this morning a mate texted me a pic of his Vigorelli built up. Pretty hoopy stuff all round chaps.
