Could be a number of things. I get a hot right foot with my Sidi's when using Shitmano PD-520 MTB pedals, but not when using the same shoes with a set of classic Dura Ace SPD road pedals. Given up trying to find a medium between the two.
Did I just say that I had Shitmano on my Italian road bike??
