Wanted: Bmx

as this seems to have turned into a BMX thread anyone know much about these:

Been after a budget BMX for a while and this looks pretty good and also looks fuckin sexy!

I've never ridden a United or even seen one up close but they look ok.
They sponsor a few decent riders too (namely Corey Martinez and Kye Forte) so its good to see they're actively helping the scene in that way.
Partswise it seems ok for the money and ideal for a starter bike. The frame is pretty bog standard design wise (which is a good thing in my book - COUGH Specialized Fat Boy COUGH).
I've been out of the "scene" for a few years though (apart from reading a few blog posts and watching the odd video) so my word isn't exactly gospel.
Might be nice if you can test ride it first though. Be aware it'll most likely be the heaviest bike you own even if it is the smallest.
Personally I'd steer clear of the Purple one though. Black BMX's are cool and always will be.
