After consulting w/ Arup yesterday we think the condor ones I got are rebranded formulas but with solid flange walls. They look lovely. I'll be rolling on them this time next week. Thanks for all the replies. After looking at the receipt the pair actually came in £47.98 so as long as they don't explode in the next year seem pretty good value.
