No it was one of those weird ones, people i know but with different faces and names... i was by the coast somewhere and was a hippy for some reason (yeah, fat with a beard! ;) I went to a shop for something and there was a bloke there with a bike, he said his name was Tynan... i said wtf.. i know you... we hung out for a while... think we got married in the end, 2 kids, on a trailer park or something, became junkies, you know, the usual stuff
... then we got naked!!!! :D

Tynan, don't feel bad, every image has a creator and therefore someone owns the right. This person is trawling google images, whacking them on t-shirts and making cash - totally illegal and complete infringement of the image originator's rights. Check out his other items, he's using Velocity's logo and artwork by artist Shepard Fairey (though Fairey himself borrows most of his images).

Sorry, just reread my post; i'm sure you know about intellectual property rights.
what i'm saying is, i'm not sure i believe him about having no idea when he seems to know exactly what will sell. what he probably knows is that his ebay store can be shut down for dealing in goods that infringe on other people's copyright and he wants to be nice to complainants.
or have i just become the world's biggest cynic?

Am back from hols. Awaiting first batch of t-shirts in the next day or two :)
Then comes the bit where I work out just how I'm going to stuff that many envelopes in as little time possible.

Thats a bit cheeky if you ask me, but then no-one copywrited the image and it's already all over the net... there's little we/anybody can do about people stealing it. You could make this guys life hard by giving him grief and threatening to send round the us equivalent of the inland revenue to check his books etc.... i think it would be more hassle than what its worth tbh.... someone just email him and call him a cock and make him feel bad for what he's done... mayube he has a conscience... maybe not....
