y'know, i have the chainring that fits the cranks that you want. but tommy got dibs on it. maybe you can ask him if he 'really' needs them.

I do know - that Tommy. I think I need a pause in the process here though - know you want to sell them and not bowing out yet but maybe I should try and work with the crank on my beater.. I'm thinking about the bottom bracket too - the costs are mounting for what was ostensibly supposed to be a cheap alternative and for my nice build (currently up on bricks, not the Raleigh) I need a bb for sure among about another 250 quid's worth of stuff..
How much did you have on the chainring orgininally?

cheers Jonny but I've got a 52, trying to bring it down so I can have more options on for the rear.

I've just taken a 48t off my wife's Pompino, but I think it's 3/32. Black, 130BCD, came with stock Truvativ crankset.
Looking for a 1/8" 16t cog if you've got one, otherwise just come and collect with a bottle of Fullers London Porter.

I'll bow out if you need pj(pj)'s chainring pjs.

If PJS isn't interested, I am!
PJS - presuming i obtain said 3/32 chainring, i've got a 1/8th 48t 130bcd going spare. got a fair number of miles on it but it's yours for nothing.

sorry for the pause in proceedings guys, not been trying to keep people hanging but been nipping in and out today...
okay thanks for kind offer BMMF but looking for silver and 1/8 so hamster welcome to step in.
pj (pj) not been trying to mess you around, just thinking hard at the moment about costs and maybe would appreciate a chat at Monday drinks - for now not to cause ruction Tommy if you are ready for that chainring you did claim it first.
Marxist_fixie seem like he has the ideal chainring at the moment for my beater's existing cranks so I think I'll talk details with you dude.
Thanks all, most kind and helpful.

Okay, hamster, it's yours then. Just bringmemycog or bringmemyporter (they sell it in Sainsburys) - I work at the Angel, and could have it there if you give me day's notice, or I live at Old St, but keep in mind the buzzer wakes the toddler up after 7pm.
Let me know where/what/how etc, either here, brazenly, in full view of everyone, or by PM - I don't mind either way :)

yo all, maybe you have switched to a different size after not much wear.. would be perfect, let me know. For my beater so not looking to spend an awful lot but i don't want any waves...
