I was just wondering something, i have been using mtb spds on my road bike, and yesterday on my first 100k my feet started going to sleep, and cramping really badly.Would using road spds make a difference as the are bit bigger, its something i don't really know about!
if this is the case, are there any 'touring' based spds people would recommend.just bought new mtb shoes, and don't fancy buying another pair of shoes!
