since last year condor have added some lower budget track parts to their own brand, such as cheapo sugino cranks, cheaper hubs. I noticed though they had some funky lookin hubs in the shop though...with perfectly simmetrical high flanges, as usual, but instead of having just a regular cilinder connecting the two, something more in the shape of a cone: larger on one side than the other, it think the price on those was £55, and i would not have a clue what brand of those would be.
But if you want value for money just go for sistem x, formula, i have a wheelset built on those and it's still working fine.
