Edit: Health insurance companies in the US penalize men and women for getting STD/HIV tested. Their theory is that they have to get tested because they are being risky. That's kind of your assumption Stef, with the condom. My assumption is that woman isn't going to get caught out with some guy that is too stupid to not carry condoms.
Some women's rights groups suggest that all women carry condoms in case they get attacked, sometimes you can convince a rapist into wearing a condom in order to help themselves get away with the crime while the woman is protecting herself. My point being that I would give props to women who carry condoms, not presume they're slags.
