Check this out, last year I stood by amazed as the police arrested a bloke (not some 14 year old knife wielding GAP topped MTB bastard trying to stab you in the eyes ) but some bloke in his 50's/60's for very leisurely cycling on the Broadwalk !!
This is at a cycling festival, they actually stop you (and in this blokes case, arrest you) for cycling through the park at a leisurely pace at a fucking cycling festival !
Basically he was stopped and told to get off his bike, I am sure he thought they must have been joking at first, when he realised they were being serious he started to complain/protest, standing over his top tube (as you do when you are stopped) he argued with them for 10-15 minutes - which resulted in him being arrested as he refused to dismount his (stopped) bike.
