depends if you really want it to stay like it is. Eventually filler will fall out of a hole. If it were me, and I was really going to make it stay put, I would look at brazing something inside the hole, or alternatively taking a threaded spindle and locking it in with both bolts on the inside of the fork. Then you can fill the gap between threads and hole with filler.
