That's a darn nice bike – I'd be interested but I think I am too diddy (5ft8in) for your 56cm frame. Can you squeeze it for me, please?

That's a nice one.
I just received an early 90's road bike with campagnolo groupset. Initially was going to leave it as it is but since the frame looks exactly like this I am now thinking of building a fixie instead. -

Bike is now sold.
Many thanks for all the great comments.

[INDENT]Classic 'Reynolds Optima' steel tubed fixie, 56cm, almost new wheelset consisting of Open pro rims on lovely Miche high flanged hubs, M600 (old Ultegra) cranks, almost new BB and headset, lovely 3ttt stem, nearly new Retro Selle Italia Storika saddle (cost £80! But sadly now has a small rip in the nose from a slight brush with my garden wall), Ultegra front brake, 105 lever for front brake and matching 'dummy' hood (I still have the lever assembly if you want to fit a rear brake and I might have a rear caliper somewhere but it may not be a matching one).
Built up less than 500 miles ago with new wheels, headset, BB, saddle, cables, bar tape and chain this all cost over £300 alone!. Bars were from my spares box and do have a few scratch marks around the clamp area. Frame and forks is in super condition with just a couple of minor light scratches which only show up close but otherwise they are almost mint and have forward facing horizontal dropouts for easy chain tensioning.
Sad to see her go, but I have too many bikes / too little cash, and whilst I love riding her it's the one I 'need' the least.
Pics above were taken last year, it's had very little use since, and the only noticeable change is the small rip in the saddle. I will happily take new pics for anyone seriously interested (it might not be until the weekend though).
Offers around £300.
I'm Kent based and whilst I could post if necessary, I would prefer pick up (or could even deliver if not too far away).
P.S As I know you will all be asking……
.......it started off life as a Raleigh M300 Optima from the mid 90's and was one of there top end race bikes back in the day (when Raleigh were actually still making some nice bikes) - decals have since been removed as you can see, but I've left the metal head tube badge on for a bit of Nostalgia
