FWIW, I quite like BLB. Their collective sense of humor is pretty good, if a little dry. If you don't get it, fine, it comes off as being superior etc. etc. But the fact is that they are surrounded by rich wannabe hipsters - (as my gf puts it) walking around with their pants on their heads in order to look cool. And these types will happily drop £1500 on a couple of bikes that they'll never ride. So Jan etc are busy serving, selling and taking the piss, which is exactly what you or I would do if we had do deal with "tristan and hannah" the trustafarian hipsters all day long.
But go in there mid week and it's a totally different story...
