been getting crazy headaches, and forhead pain the last week.
its not dehydration, or concussion or anything, so am trying to limit my msg intake (rather hard in Japan) to see if that does anything. things seem to be getting better.
anyone had simular experiences/have any tips?
i would say 75% of my diet is vegetarian, lots of rice and veg
