Hars half decents? no mate, properly decent that's what you're getting for £400, it's just cost extra if you like to have the frame in some different colour, rims colour, specific theme and such.

but as far as a basic fixie go, £400 get you a very decent and reliable fixie.

build: I'm a perth lad as well mate! What school did you go to? I was at north lake. First car was 1978 VB 5.0 (rare, usually come with a 253) commodore. Drank like a fish, went really slow but man that was a burnout machine. I can't count how many times I have cut up various ovals in that thing. Christ, thinking back that was 14 years ago. Fuck i'm old. Second car was a ricer '78 rx7 with a bridge port NA engine - 12.8 down at ravo. I did check out the Fuji track, they do look like great value and reviews have been positive. If I can get something a bit more custom and not bog standard off the peg I'll do that, otherwise that bike is at the top of my list. BTW wasn't me outside tesco mate, I was skating in the city thursday!

Hahaha sorry about that edscoble, reliving my mis-spent youth. I'm older and wiser or something these days although entirely too old to be riding around on a skateboard. I do miss my cars though, lived in London 7 years now without a car and only get to drive when I visit home.
